About me

Hi! I'm Rachael

A native New Yorker, I am proud to call Nevada County home. Nestled in the Sierra Foothills, Nevada County encompasses some of the most unique and beautiful parts of California. I was drawn to this area because of the accessibility to a plethora of outdoor activities, local theaters, great restaurants, wonderful schools, the strong sense of community and so much more! I grew up immersed in the worlds of real estate, construction and development. I have extensive and diverse work experience dating back to high school when I worked as an intern in marketing as well as for an elite fashion house in their showroom. After graduating from The Loyola School, I continued my education at Muhlenberg College, a small liberal arts college, where I studied Philosophy and International Relations. Post college, I decided to explore the field of organic agriculture and dairying, taking on many management roles with small farms and CSAs. In conjunction with my work in agriculture, I studied Western Clinical Herbalism at the Berkley Herbal Center where I worked as a clinician.

After working the to build a successful hospitality business with my husband, I decided to circle back to my roots in Real Estate. Real estate is an ever evolving field in which you have to continue to educate yourself, which is something I love about it. My commitment to staying informed on real estate market trends and industry standards, coupled with a thoughtful and analytical approach, allows me to provide clients with well-rounded perspectives—helping them make informed, confident decisions. I want more than anything for my clients to feel they can trust that they will be met with professionalism, exceptional communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, advocation and empathy.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young kiddos. We love being outdoors and exploring all of the amazing places and things to do, see, and eat here in Nevada County and the near by Sierra Mountains.
